The Evolution of Virginia Panthers: A Coach's Journey

Our story with Virginia Panthers is one of personal dedication, fueled by a deep love for the game of football and a passion for women's sports. Having coached football across various levels, from grassroots to high school, we found ourselves drawn to the world of women's football in 2014, eager to contribute to its growth and development.

Our journey with Virginia Panthers began when we were invited to join the coaching staff of the then Virginia Firehawks for a season. Recognizing our expertise and leadership qualities, the team entrusted us with the role of head coach in the following season. Determined to make a positive impact, we quickly set out to instill a new culture within the team, fostering trust, unity, and a winning mindset.

However, our journey took an unexpected turn when the team faced the challenge of the owner's decision to step down. Undeterred by this setback, we made the bold choice to take ownership of the team, refusing to let down the players or abandon our shared vision. With renewed determination, we embarked on a rebranding journey, emerging stronger and more united than ever before.

Since then, Virginia Panthers has experienced remarkable growth and success, culminating in a highly successful season. As we set our sights on the championship, we remain driven by our unwavering dedication to the team and the collective determination of our players.
